She has worked internationally across North & South America, Canada, Europe, and Asia Pacific, partnering with both listed and PE-backed organisations to build diverse and high-performing leadership teams. Sian has extensive experience supporting high-growth consumer and D2C businesses as well as established global brands, helping them attract and retain exceptional talent.
A passionate advocate for Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, Sian has played a key role in embedding inclusive practices throughout Azura’s search processes. She is also Co-Founder of Potentia, a women in finance networking group that champions authentic leadership and gender equity in senior finance roles.
Known for her relationship-led approach, Sian focuses on building long-term partnerships with clients and candidates to ensure sustainable success.
