Sarah Wright

Sarah brings over ten years' experience in executive search, having begun her career with an internship at the Association of Executive Search Consultants. She has worked with organisations across the public, private and third sectors, supporting senior executive and non-executive appointments both in the UK and internationally.
Sarah holds an MA in Women, Conflict and Violence from the University of York and has a keen interest in DEI and inclusive search practices. Outside of work, she enjoys baking and playing netball.
