Robbie has over 10 years’ experience within the executive search and recruitment industry. He specialises in partnering with international companies to support them to reach their sustainability goals by placing purpose-driven talent. Typical mandates include Chief Sustainability Officer, Sustainability Director, VP Sustainability/ESG, Sustainable Finance Director and ESG Strategy Lead.
Robbie is known for building long-lasting relationships through his honest approach, knowledge of the market and passion for humanitarian causes. He is also passionate about Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion and sits as a member on Altum Group’s ED&I board.
