She has worked extensively with FTSE and S&P-listed companies, helping leadership teams enhance performance and navigate strategic challenges. Passionate about driving growth and long-term success, she partners closely with clients to ensure their boards and executive teams are positioned for the future.
In addition to her client work, Lieke has published insights on topics such as boardroom dynamics and the interplay between executives and boards.
Before joining Azura Search, she was part of the CEO & Board and Consulting Practices at Heidrick & Struggles. Her earlier experience includes roles in the not-for-profit and academic sectors, focusing on security and higher education. Fluent in English and Dutch, Lieke has extensive international experience, having lived and worked across Asia and Europe. She is certified in Hogan Assessments and PRINCE2 project management.
