James is a Partner and leader of the Interim Practice. He joined Altum Group in 2015 and has supported the growth of multiple practice areas.
He specialises in interim executive appointments, including CEO, CFO, CCO, and CTO roles. James advises private equity investors, their portfolio companies, and senior leaders within listed and privately owned businesses in the UK, Europe, and North America.
James is known for delivering best-in-class interim solutions at speed and with precision. As a founding member of Altum’s ED&I board, he brings a transparent, values-driven approach that builds lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
Outside of work, James has raised funds for charity by cycling through Europe and completing the Sierra Leone Marathon. His proudest achievement is his family.
