Edward Nash-Steer

Ed co-founded Altum Group in 2013 with David McDowell. Alongside his role as Managing Partner for Azura Interim, he and David lead the wider group.

Ed has 18 years of experience within the executive search and recruitment industry partnering with leading international businesses with their interim requirements within their executive teams. He works with international blue-chip firms placing high impact interim leaders to turnaround, restructure and grow their organisations with functional specialisms including CEO, CFO, CTO, CHRO and Chief Digital Officers.

Ed is passionate about our focus on positive social impact and helps drive our ED&I, Education and Environmental initiatives. He is also actively involved in our design of the Altumate Experience each year when we raise funds for our charitable Altum Foundation.

Ed is proud to have completed all the experiences to date including our cycle from Amsterdam to London and running the Sierra Leone marathon which was a walk in the park compared to his five marathons in five days challenge.
